1. SPRING WREATHS

Spring wreaths for your door are a great way to make your home more floral and inviting from the outside, without getting in your flower bed and getting dirty. Adding a welcome sign or your family initials would make it even more personable.

2. DOOR MATS

April showers bring May flowers… and muddy shoes! Give them a place to wipe their feet with a cool door mat. I’m personally a lover of funny quotes.

3. Wall Art

Whether it’s a Hello Spring print, daisies in a field, or a Llama riding a bike with flowers in her basket like the one pictured below, wall art is a great way to bring Spring indoors. What I love nowadays, is that you can find the perfect prints that are totally you and totally affordable. With instant downloads that you can print yourself, you can get springy with it throughout your home without breaking the bank.

4. WALL FLOWER VASES

Freshly picked flowers just screams Spring. My son always picks flowers for me and I use to have only one vase for them. Not anymore! This year I will have multiple vases to put them in. From big to small, for the table and the wall. Yes! WALL VASES! Another way to decorate your walls besides wall art is to showcase those flowers using vases that hang on your wall. What’s so perfect about this is that you can always switch the flowers out to match the season, so no need to pack it away as the seasons change! Whether you’re looking for something modern, chic, traditional or country, you’re sure to find something to match your style.

5. Table Setting

Brighten up your table with decorative placemats, linens, napkins and centerpieces. You could definitely buy the plastic placemats from a local store, which I have for my eat in kitchen for the kiddies, but for a formal dining table and holiday gatherings like Easter and Mother’s Day…fabric all the way! And for super quick and easy spring makeover, just add flower napkin rings to your napkins.

6. Outdoor Patio

Well, this on isn’t technically quick, but its on my gotta get list! With the weather getting nicer, you’ll definitely want to spend more time outside. What’s more perfect than under a gazebo? And if you live in a place with mosquitoes, then having net protection, is a bonus. Plus you can decorate your gazebo with lights, pillows and more!

7. DECORATIVE PILLOWS

I am a huge fan of throw pillows, because you can literally throw them on for an instant upgrade to a bed, couch or bench. I prefer to purchase the pillow covers online or make them myself (because I’m crafty like that) and get the inserts in-store. I’d rather change the cover than a whole pillow. It doesn’t have to have flowers on it to scream Spring, bright colors will have the same effect. I would you mix and match it up.

8. FOOD DISPLAY

This time of year, certain fruits are in season, and many people get the urge to bake. So display those fruits, veggies and spring treats. Yes, FOOD is a great way to decorate as well. And, trust me, its THE MOST INVITING decorating tip on this list, but you will have to keep refilling, because it will be eaten by your guests. How cool would it be to have a wall in your kitchen look like a Farmer’s Market?!?

9. CANDLES

Candles can set the mood for anything, including Spring. Bright or pastel colors mixed with subtle floral aroma is a sure fire way to set the mood for the season. You can even add flower candle rings to make it even more festive.

10. DECORATIVE SOAPS

Flower shaped soaps can bring Spring even inside the bathroom. This is something I am doing. I’ve been guilty a time or two not having soap in the guest bathroom (I never use it so I never check… sorry friends and family, I’ll do better, PINKY PROMISE) but not this season. What’s behind lucky guest bathroom door number one? SOME PRETTY SPRING SOAP!
